Owners Independent News want to reduce company debts and are hoping for 888 holdings to buy out this lucrative part of their industry, in a twist 888 holdings who at present supply the software were not happy when the price went to £100 million.
Reuters also reported that Party Gaming would pay £75 million with £25 million to follow depending on performance in the next 2 years. We will definitely be following this very closely to see who will win this multi million pound business.
